To gain more items, weapons, outfits, and experience, you should send your Dwellers to The Wasteland. You don’t have to worry about Raiders chasing away potential Dwellers as they will come back when it’s safe. Even if it’s just the Living Quarters, place them in it as soon as possible. Occasionally, Dwellers will randomly stumble upon your Vault and want to enter. When there’s a new Dweller in your Vault, it’ll automatically assign them to “Coffee Break” which means they’re doing nothing until you give them a room to stay in. Now, as an adult, they can contribute to the shelter like all the others. In the next 24 hours, the baby will be a child and then as another day passes, that child will be an adult. Attracting New Dwellersĭwellers can make babies by being in the Living Quarters for a significant amount of time together. If you have a low amount of Dwellers to fulfill tasks, instead of increasing the room sizes, upgrade the rooms. The Power Generator is the room that always needs to be upgraded the most so it can generate enough power to all the other rooms. Then, you will assign Dwellers to their appropriate jobs based on their skillsets. When building the various rooms the game instructs you to, select spaces that are on different levels/sides from one another so you can continue to increase the size of those rooms.
